         4. After the airflow sorter sorts the diaphragm paper at the other mixture into the shredder for deep crushing, crushing particle size of 20 mesh, crushed materials into the analysis machine.

         5. The analysis machine will produce the same exhaust gas when working, and the exhaust gas will be purified by collector Ⅱ, pulse dust collector Ⅱ, high pressure induced draft fan Ⅱ, filter box Ⅱ, UV photolysis purifier Ⅱ, left and then attracted by induced draft fan Ⅲ and discharged into the air.

         6. The gas generated during the work of the swing screen is dusted by the collector Ⅲ, pulse dust collector Ⅲ and then enters the filter box Ⅱ to remove the soot in the exhaust gas.

         7. UV photolysis purifier Ⅱ removes organic gas and discharges into the air by induced fan Ⅲ. Compared with the traditional activated carbon adsorption plus water spray treatment, the combination of filter box and UV photolysis purifier can significantly improve the purification of flue gas and organic gas, meanwhile, the utilization rate of the equipment is improved by parallel connection, which effectively improves the utilization rate of the equipment and thus reduces the cost.
