6. The gas generated during the work of the swing screen is dusted by the collector Ⅲ, pulse dust collector Ⅲ and then enters the filter box Ⅱ to remove the soot in the exhaust gas.
7. UV photolysis purifier Ⅱ removes organic gas and discharges into the air by induced fan Ⅲ. Compared with the traditional activated carbon adsorption plus water spray treatment, the combination of filter box and UV photolysis purifier can significantly improve the purification of flue gas and organic gas, meanwhile, the utilization rate of the equipment is improved by parallel connection, which effectively improves the utilization rate of the equipment and thus reduces the cost.
